“...behind the inspiration of Indigo’s Kitchen”
Our Mission
Bringing fulfillment through vision & taste, Indigo’s Kitchen encompasses dedication for passion & the arts. Whether its creating custom murals & art or entertaining with a dinner party, bringing warmth through my love for feeding a hungry soul.
At Indigo’s Kitchen, tradition is back on the table with comfort foods and scratch cooking. I previously opened a location in the Carnegie area of Pittsburgh, Pa. The ground work began by offering locally sourced ingredients, everything was made from scratch, stocks to hand pies for lunch and private birthday parties for kids. My plans change trajectory when the pandemic shut-downs took place shortly after.
Getting through by catering items and vending private parking lot concerts to support local musicians in the Pittsburgh area. I developed a plan to cater to the regulations of the pandemic, with private dinners; 3 hours, 5 courses, byob and only those you give permission to dine with. It worked and kept me floating into the New Year. I then saw a new beginning, Indigo’s kitchen goes wherever I go. I closed my location in Carnegie and decided to take time for myself & family. I have spent the summer of 2021 doing pop-up kitchens & small catered events for friends.
To me, being a personal chef is to catering to another, knowing what makes another feel satisfied and cared about in their meal. Creating dishes that each bite gets better and better. Fulfilling the taste that Mother Nature intended our bodies to be nurtured by. I am in search of clients that I can cater their favorite dishes and add layers to. Recreating my vision of Indigo’s Kitchen into personal chef needs with in-home meal preparations, pantry make-overs and meet a client's dietary needs in scratch cookery.
